Guided Meditation Videos & Visualizations
Guided meditations are one of my favorite ways to practice. Although unguided meditations can be just as helpful, I find that I’m able to focus for longer periods of time when I have a teacher guiding me through visualizations. Some of my favorite visualization meditations include things like meeting with my spirit guide, overcoming imposter syndrome, visiting my “inner garden” and chakra cleansing.

Body scan meditations can promote body awareness, stress awareness, and relaxation. This type of meditation is one of the most commonly recommended for people dealing with anxiety symptoms and chronic stress. It can help decrease muscular tension and tightness in the body and other symptoms tied to stress. Personally, this meditation helps with my back pain, IBS and anxiety.

10 Minute Meditation for Grounding Your Energy
This 10 minute guided meditation will focus on grounding your energy into the earth below you, feeling more balanced and energetically in tune. I suggest listening to this while sitting outside. Take a blanket and a meditation pillow and sit under a tree in your yard, or if you don’t have one, go anywhere outdoors (like a park) where you won’t be bothered. Connecting with Mother Earth really helps bring you in tune with the beauty of nature and of this universe while strengthening your inner confidence and wisdom.
